Who uses it
agent-mine is a personal tool used by its author alone, for his own accounts. It is not offered to anyone else, and no other person's account is ever connected to it.
What it reads
With the author's consent, agent-mine reads his Gmail messages through Google's read-only scope
(https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly), together with his other mailboxes,
calendar and home sensors, in order to show him a summary of what needs his attention. It never
sends, deletes, labels or modifies mail.
Where the data goes
- Mail is processed on the author's own computer at home, including by a language model that runs on his own hardware.
- Summaries, sorting decisions and short notes are stored on that same computer.
- When the author explicitly chooses a cloud model for a particular question, the text of that question and the messages it concerns are sent to that model's provider (Anthropic) to produce an answer. This happens only on his request, for that question only.
- The data is not sold, not shared with anyone else, not used for advertising, and not used to train any model.
Google user data
agent-mine's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Access can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored data is deleted when the author removes it from his computer.
